1. Management Trainee Officers
- Education: Master’s in Business, Public Administration, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Agriculture, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Pak Studies, English, Environmental Science, Engineering
- Salary: Rs. 156,000 + Allowances
- Benefits: Medical Insurance, EOBI
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
2. Accounts Staff
- Education: L.Com, D.Com, B.Com, ADP/ADC
- Salary: Rs. 10,000 (plus other benefits)
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
3. Field Staff
- Education: FA, BA (Intermediate or Graduate)
- Salary: Rs. 37,000 (after 8,000+ increment)
- Benefits: Medical Insurance, EOBI
- Age Limit: Up to 25 years
