Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree (at least 2nd class) from HEC-recognized university
- Preferably M.Ed./B.Ed./Diploma in Education Management
- 15 years post-qualification experience in academics
- Leadership experience (e.g., Principal or Vice Principal) preferred
- Strong communication, PR & interpersonal skills
- Age: Up to 55 years (with relaxation)
